We sing simple, soulful songs taught by ear and sung as a group. Whether you’re a confident singer or just curious, there’s a place for you here. Come as you are on your own or bring a friend. We’re singing because it feels good to sing in community. Lots of science says that you'll feel better too: reduce stress, improve your mood and find connection too! At the end of the Starfire Council’s Inclusion Seekers Summit, April Combs Mann, The Cinci Sing Songleader, will lead a closing song to bring voices together in a spirit of unity. This shared moment of music offers reflection, connection, and a sense of belonging—carrying the day’s work forward in community.

The Fall Flourish Sing is a women’s gathering hosted by Flourish Ayurveda in collaboration with Cinci Sing, a community singing initiative focused on well-being. We’ll gather in a gentle, welcoming circle to share simple, heart-opening songs taught in the oral tradition — no experience needed, just your voice and presence. These are songs to soothe the nervous system, move energy, clear the throat chakra and connect us in joy. After singing, we’ll share a warm, seasonal meal - lovingly prepared using Ayurvedic principles to nourish and balance the feminine body during the transition of summer to fall. The meal is vegetarian, gluten-free, and crafted with care. A space to reset, reconnect, and realign with the natural rhythms — and with each other.
